She has trained in many modalities including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Both of these modalities encompass processes for helping people make deep change.

Methods such as visualization, meditation, psycho-spiritual tools, communication processes, acupressure, journal writing and expressive arts are individually tailored for each person and their specific needs and goals.

With her diverse training, Cynthia has an ability to address the key issues in people’s lives and to assist them to create a life with more peace, joy and fulfillment.
