  • Finding Inner Peace in Today’s World

Most of us would like to experience more peace in our lives. Yet there are many challenges and stressors that can keep us from this.
    • Do you experience conflicts in a relationship?
    • Do you have too much responsibility that seems to zap your time and energy?
    • Do you feel that life should somehow be different than it is?
    • Are you struggling to have more peace and contentment?
If so, this workshop will give you the tools to experience more peace in your everyday life. Each participant will receive personal support to make positive life changes and will practice useful tools for living a more peaceful life.

A five week group, meeting for 2 hours each week, will focus on the principles of peaceful living, using meditation, visualization, journal writing, and group sharing.
